"Hi Ray, This week was a busy week for us and Bob Brown with 3 vehicles coming in for repair. I must say the service from the time we went in to the time we left was outstanding. From the friendly staff at the service counter, to the wash guy and everyone in between, awesome. Your honesty goes a long was as far as we are concerned. We did not know there was warranty on the 2004 GMC Sierra, as we bought the truck from my Dad's estate, so we had no idea of this, but your honesty was at the fore front. Thank you. The 2001 GMC Sierra, as I thought the back brakes were done last year, I thought for sure that  the front ones were close. because I have never replaced the front brakes since new, and the same for the back brakes until replacement last year. You guys could have done the brakes, and charged me for them because I would not have been the wiser, instead you honestly said the brakes are still good, no need to replace them, but we checked everything out for you. Thank you. When I took the 2001 GMC in last year for an oil change, Dave called me right away to say that 'the tie rod needs attention NOW and the back brakes as well.' I like that  Bob Browns checks things even if that is not what it is in for, it makes me feel safe and comfortable driving, knowing things were checked. I know I could fully go in for anything and know that the job will be done correctly and well done, and I know I have not paid for something I didnt need done. The other thing I must commend you on is when I emailed you to do with the 1950 Ford and the missing piece to the oil plug. I never once got an arguement out of you, I quickly got an email back with 'bring it in, we will look after it.' Thank you. That is service with integrity, and that is something that is rare in this day and age. My Mother Sharon also deals with Bob Brown, and losing my Dad 4 years ago, it is a worry for us to make sure she gets treated honestly and fairly with anyone, as widows do get taken advantage of, but I have the utmost confidence that when she goes to see you, you treat her right and that means a lot. I tell everyone that Bob Brown is the place to go for buying a vehicle, and servicing a vehicle. From a service oriented staff from the front of the building to the back, good ol fashioned service.
